Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Satisfaction

At Pawfect, operated by Perfect Pet Company, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim for every purchase to be a positive experience. We understand, however, that there might be times when a product does not meet your expectations due to issues on our part. Our Refund Policy is designed to address these concerns promptly and efficiently.

Refund Eligibility

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 working days after the date of delivery to initiate a refund or exchange.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 7 working days after the date of delivery for a correct replacement or a full refund.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please send an email to info@pawfect.pk with your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant photos (for damaged or incorrect items).

  2. Review: Our customer service team will review your request and contact you with further instructions.

  3. Return: If your refund request is approved, you may be asked to return the item to us. Further instructions will be provided by our customer service team.

  4. Refund Issuance: Once we receive the returned item, check it, and verify the case, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

Conditions

  • We do not entertain returns or refunds for a change of mind.

  • Certain types of items may be exempt from being returned. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
