Shipping Methods and Costs
Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders within Pakistan. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Our delivery times vary depending on the location within Pakistan. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 business days from the order placement date.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or logistical issues.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the order placement date. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
Currently, Pawfect ships only within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to include international destinations in the future.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your order is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@pawfect.pk. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the damaged items or by providing a refund.
